Dance Class Registration
Tuition
Tuition is pro-rated and is based on approximately 30 weeks of actual dance instruction. Ten (10) equal payments are due on the first day of each month; September through and including June.
Payments are the same whether there are two, three, four or five classes that month.
Our preferred method of tuition payment includes a monthly costume fee installment. The prices are clearly labeled in the table below. We will assume, unless otherwise notified, that you agree to pay for your monthly tuition and costumes in this manner. If you prefer another method of payment you must notify the studio immediately upon registration.
Tuition must be paid by one of the payment methods offered by SCVDA.

SCVDA reserves the right to drop any student for non-payment of their tuition.
Families with outstanding balances will not be able to purchase any recital tickets until all fees are paid in full.
Dancers with outstanding balances will not able to receive dance costumes or participate in the annual recital until all fees are paid in full.
If any student wishes to discontinue classes, a written notice is required one month in advance.
If you pre-pay and drop in the middle of the year, the balance remaining will be SCVDA credit good on tuition only.
Discounts
St. Croix Valley Dance Academy offers the following discounts.
Please note that only one discount per family will apply.
2 dancers per family = $3.00 off total monthly tuition
3 dancers per family = $6.00 off total monthly tuition
4+ dancers per family = $10.00 off total monthly tuition

Dancers taking 2 classes per week = $3.00 off total monthly tuition
Dancers taking 3 classes per week = $6.00 off total monthly tuition
Dancers taking 4+ classes per week = $10.00 off total monthly tuition
OR
Pay for entire year in advance with cash, check or money order and receive the following discount:
30 Minute Classes receive $47.00 discount on total.
45 Minute Classes receive $50.00 discount on total.
60 Minute Classes receive $53.00 discount on total.
If you opt to pay for the year in full via credit or debit card, you will receive the following discount:
30 Minute Classes receive $25.00 discount on total.
45 Minute Classes receive $26.00 discount on total.
60 Minute Classes receive $27.00 discount on total.
Monthly Auto-Debit Option
Tuition is pro-rated across 10 months and will be debited from your bank account, debit card or credit card on the 1st day of each month beginning September and ending with June. All charges will appear on your bank or credit card statement as being from St. Croix Valley Dance Academy, LLC. If you need to stop lessons before June simply inform us in writing one month in advance and we will stop charges on your bank account or credit card after the one month notice.
If you choose not to do automatic payment, you have the option of paying in full for the whole dance year. Costume payments are also required when paying in this manner. We will accept check, cash, money order or credit card for this option and appropriate discounts will apply. Full year payments are due by September 1st.
Non-Sufficient Funds: There is a $35 fee for all NSF’s.
Payment Method
We have made registration easy at St. Croix Valley Dance Academy. New customers simply click on the Register Now button on the top right of the menu bar and you are taken to our online registration process. If you are already a customer, simply sign in to our Parent Portal at the top of this page and you are able to see your account and register for classes.
